About the room

Please Note: This is a relaxed house, but it may not suit someone with a weekend work schedule, as the living room is in use on weekends when my partner visits. (Occasional weekend shifts/flexible schedules are totally fine!) Preferably looking for someone who just needs a base and shares a busy life like ourselves, and can offer lower rent than advertised if this is the case!

Huge double room with ample storage available in a freshly renovated two storey terraced house. Sharing with me and one other lad, both friendly and up for the chats! Oil and electricity divided (unless lodging part time then included on fair usage basis) Refuse and broadband included. Cables coming into bedroom suitable for a tv. 25 min walk to city centre, 10 mins to Blackpool shopping centre and the 207/207A bus service stops close by. Free on street parking, even more around the back. There’s a shared main bathroom with electric shower and bath, and a smaller shared bathroom with just a toilet and sink. Carpet flooring in all bedrooms, on stairs and landing. Washing machine, oil heating, Eir fibre broadband, solid fuel heating stove in sitting room.
