Small double room available. Suit 2 friends or couple. Shared bathroom & kitchen. 200 euro per week for room. No bills. Occupants responsible for cleaning on a rota basis and for their own laundry. The accommodation is basic and therefore affordable but the local amenities are superb and the area is very safe. Bus service to the door – 1km from Luas to city centre – and close to national rail service; nearby library, convenient shopping, churches, gym, swimming pool, large public park and state services.

State issued photo ID, previous landlord and employers references required.

At the moment we have 3 males in residence but would consider a male/ female couple for this double room. Quiet house and garden. The current residents are mature men working in manual jobs and starting early in the morning.
