It also has one car parking space outside the house with on-street parking around the house available.
The house is in walking distance to the Crumlin Road with ample bus routes including, 122, 27, 56A, 77A, 151, 73, 74 and S2. The house is situated 10mins walk to Rialto Luas stop.
I am an outgoing and friendly person who likes to keep the house clean and tidy. Ideally, I am looking for a non-smoker and someone friendly that wont have an issue with a sociable dog that calls the house home.
3/4 people may occupy the house at one time Preference is for females only (House is owner occupied)
