This is a spacious room in a shared house with four other people in a five-bedroom home, offering a comfortable and friendly living environment. The property includes a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, dryer, and parking, making day-to-day living convenient and practical. Located just a 10-minute walk from Stillorgan Village, the house is close to shops, cafés, restaurants, and other local amenities. It also has excellent transport connections, with direct access to several bus routes including the L25, 11, 47, and E1/E2, as well as the Stillorgan Luas stop only a 20-minute walk away, making commuting into the city and surrounding areas easy. The room is available as a temporary rental from June to August, with the possibility of extending the stay if needed.

You’ll be living with four other girls who are all studying at UCD. We’re friendly, respectful, and take good care of the house, creating a peaceful, clean, and comfortable environment for both studying and relaxing. Everyone is considerate and helpful, and we work together to keep the house well maintained and enjoyable to live in.
