There are 2 bedroom options available at my 4bed semi detached property in Dublin southside. The house has a large kitchen, conservatory (adjacent to the downstairs bedroom), utility room, washing machine, dishwasher, gas central heating, downstairs W.C. Toilet, parking in driveway for 2 small cars, or 1 larger car and ample free parking outside. Basic grass rear garden and side entrance.
Room options: Option 1: The bedroom and living can be rented as one. The 2 rooms are separated ny 2 French Doors and curtain when need. The bedroom rent incl bills is just €800. If the tenant wants to rent the entire space including the spare big living room, then that would be €900 including bills for the entire space. Option 2: There is a small box/bedroom available. It is the smallest bedroom in the house. It has small wardrobe & shelves for storage and front window with wall mirror and single bed. Cost is €650 per month

About the roomies
Currently 1 Irish male tenant and 1 Philippine male tenant - both 40 years. Been renting there for 6+ months. There is 1 new new mid 20s male moving in on Monday 8th June. These 3 tenants are upstairs. 2 share the main bathroom. Tenants are very friendly, quiet and professional. They work for a living. Very easy to get along with and never any issues.
