✨A double bedroom will be available for rent for one couple (or two friends, can swap the double bed for two singles) beginning June 1. Unfortunately, due to the rent price (that I do not decide as I’m not the landlord) two people are needed, so I sadly cannot accept only one renter.

🛏️The room has what is essentially an ensuite bathroom - it is directly across from the bedroom and is for your own use, and it’s very roomy with a shower/tub. The room also has a desk, closet, double bed, etc. and all the basic necessities. One parking space in the basement garage is also included. Aparment also has all basic necessities (wifi, pots/pans, silverware, cups, electric kettle, etc.).

📍The apartment is in an amazing location in The Liberties, Dublin 8. There is a pub and a few distilleries right next door, along with a shop, liquor store, and an amazing cafe and restaurant across the street. Bus stops for G1/G2, S2, 73, 13 are only a 2 minute walk away (or probably less than a minute should you need to sprint), and Heuston Station is just around the corner, which also has the Luas red line. Only a 20 minute walk from Phoenix Park and a 10 minute walk from IMMA. Tesco, Lidl, Supervalu, etc. are only a short walk away as well.

🐱 Two adorable and sweet cats inhabit the apartment as well (I may be biased), so it’s essential that you do not have any allergies and love cats. Discounted rent may be offered at times to care for the cats while I’m away, so if you have experience minding cats, please feel free to include in your intro!

📋First and last month of rent will be due up front with lease beginning on June 1st. Bills are due every other month and will be split 3 ways. Lease period of 6+ months, and there may be a possibility of extending the lease as well. LGBTQIA+ friendly.

📆Showings are available now! Please send a bit about yourselves and what you like to do in your free time, your daily schedules, as well as your typical habits around the house. Clean roomies will be my favorite!

You will be living with myself, I’m a 28 year old gal and I work full time (9-5 M-F) and occasionally have a part time gig to keep busy. I’m super laid back and happy to hang out in the apartment or go for a pint, or I might recharge in my room after work :)
