There are 2 utility/storage rooms, and one can be used as an office if desired. Kitchen has a dishwasher, and maintenance has a reasonable response time. Parking, bins, and use of the property’s gym are included in the rent. The balcony overlooks a courtyard with a garden and playground, and there’s a larger green space a block away.

My flatmate is moving out and we need to find someone to take over her half of the lease. The lease transfer and all documents are handled by Occu’s property manager.

There’s a full size Tesco, Boots, costa and a few takeout spots very close by, and Dun Laoghaire centre and the DART are a short walk away. The property is served by the E2 bus (24 hour access to city centre), L27, 7D and 111 buses.

IF you have a cat or dog, pet rent is €40/month. I have 2 cats (who have lived with other animals before) and the maximum allowed is 3, so one more is welcome!

I’m a postdoctoral researcher at UCD, and have two very friendly indoor adult cats who are initially shy but love attention from people they know. They’ve also lived with other cats and a dog before, and while introducing them would take time, they will get used to another animal.

I’m very reliable in keeping common spaces clean, and can both cook (anything but seafood) and bake. I enjoy fantasy novels, learning about world history, running, and would be happy to socialize or give as much personal space as you need.
