About the room

One large downstairs double bedroom available. Room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. There is fibre broadband available in the room. There is a shared bathroom with shower next door. The house is 15 mins from Dublin Airport, 5 mins from Donabate train station and village. Walking distance to Donabate beach. The room would suit a student or healthcare worker with their own car who heads home at weekends. We are happy to charge on a week to week basis if that works for our roomie.

About the roomies

We are a small family who built our new house last year. I work from home a few days a week and my wife is a teacher in a local school. We are easy going and friendly and love the outdoors.
