~ House rules Quiet, owner-occupied home: No visitors until 4 Nov 2026 to let us both settle, then daytime visitors only 9am-10pm, max 2 with notice, no overnight guests at any time. No pets per development rules. No couples, single occupancy only. Smoking balcony only. Cleanliness - bathroom and shared spaces left as found. Quartz counters - Fairy + microfibre + warm water only. Quiet enjoyment evenings/weekends.
