The room is in a new build house, warm, comfortable, with big bathroom shared with one other room. The house is in Monasterevin, about a 7 minute walk to the train station. The M7 motorway is a 5 minute drive away and Kildare Town and Train station are about 12 minute drive away.

The owner of the house (me) lives in the attic with own toilet/shower. The first floor is shared by two rooms and bathroom. There is a big double room that is rented by a couple who are very quiet and work a lot. They tend to keep to themselves. There is a second smaller double room available to rent. I would like to find someone that is considerate of other people’s space/quiet time at night. Also someone that likes to get to know and share the space at times - happy to have friendly conversations, occasionally eat together/at same time and/or occasionally watch things together. Just normal co-living.
