Spacious room for rent in Ashtown 20 mins from city centre. The room is available for a rental period of minimum 1.5 years or longer in a safe quiet area. 5 minutes from 2 train stations into the city centre. You could also get a train ride 1 stop to get the luas at broombridge. Also a bus stop 1 minute walk from the house for the 120 straight into town. Aldi also 5 mins away.

You will share the bathroom and kitchen with one other housemate. The room also has its own balcony. The price is 1000 for the room incl g/w/e. There is a dog in the house but currently trying to rehome him, so if you are cool with that for a while there’s that

The house is quiet in a quiet area so we are also looking for someone quiet, clean and responsible.
