Short term rental:

I am not the landlord — the landlord is Heyday, and the contract will also be signed with Heyday. I’m just looking for a successor to take over my contract for my last two months of my rental period. A prolongation might be possible. The flat is in a modern student accommodation in the heart of Dublin city centre. The building is designed especially for students who want comfort, convenience, and a great community vibe. It is located in a very exciting and creative neighbourhood.

A really good thing about this place is how everything is built to help you learn, live, and connect. The common areas are bright and stylish, perfect for studying, hanging out, or just relaxing with friends. There’s also a gym, secure bike storage, super-fast Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and 24/7 security, which makes life really easy and stress-free. The gym in our building, which is just for people who life in the accommodation, is included in the price.

The room is cozy, modern, and fully furnished with everything you need: your own private bathroom, a comfortable bed, and a great study space. The room is on the fifth floor, accessible by elevator, and has a great view of St. Patrick’s Cathedral. The kitchen and living room will be shared with six other students.

Because the accommodation is so central, you can walk to the city centre in just a few minutes, and it is close to a lot of cafés, shops, and cultural spots, like St. Patrick’s Cathedral or Phoenix Park, which is just a short walk away. A few colleges are also really close. Even though the residence is right in the city centre, the street itself is really quiet. You barely notice any traffic. There are also plenty of supermarkets and grocery stores within walking distance.

Additionally, the accommodation is well connected by buses.
