About the room
The apartment is a bright and modern penthouse in Grand canal dock, with a spacious kitchen and living room, and large bedrooms.
The area is not too busy, but just a short walk from the city centre, Ringsend and Ballsbridge, with lots of great restaurants nearby. Sandymount strand, and the Dodder and Tolka greenways are close by as well. A Dublin bikes terminal on the street means all of the city between the canals is easily reachable.
About the roomies
I am an outgoing and relaxed person. Iām a 34 year old man, into reading, the cinema, running and swimming - and am well used to sharing space. My girlfriend is 30, recently returned to study and more into fitness than me. We are looking for someone to move in from May 20th, and the room is available to view by arrangement.
