Our home is situated in a quiet location in Dublin 13. We have two bus routes, H1 and 15 (24 hour service). We are also an 8 minute walk to the local train station Clongriffin. The train takes you to the city centre in 15 minutes. Close to shops and coastal walks. Park, cinema, and all local amenities. The room is a large twin room, downstairs, attached to the rear of the house. Shared kitchen with all kitchen utensils. Suitable for two female students or two female friends.
It is myself and my husband, in our early 60’s,also two other girls attending Trinity college. Very easy going relaxed household. We are used to the house being busy as we have 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren.
