Own double room with ample storage and desk. All bills are included (subject to fair usage). Great location near canal and bus routes. 15 mins by bus to city centre. If you are interested please email me with some details about yourself, your daily routine etc. Strictly non-smokers only. There is also a small single room available. Single is €700.

About the roomies

I am the homeowner. Father of two . Teacher (retired). My kids live down the country so I’m away regularly - YOU AND THE OTHER ROOMIE WILL HAVE THE HOUSE TO YOURSELVES EVERY SECOND WEEKEND AND HALF OF THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS. I am very respectful of people’s privacy. I’m friendly and always happy to chat but also like my own company. I am a non-smoker and don’t drink/do drugs. Please do not reply if you are a smoker/vaper/“party person”. It would not be a good fit.
