1 Double bedroom, with Queen sized bed, recently refurbished and furnished to a high standard. Large garden (being renovated), driveway at front of house for parking, many bus routes available, not too far from the city centre. Many many parks and shops available in the area.

Two female roommates, each with their own room, both mature college students. Bills will be split 3 ways! Casual house but the usual standards to be kept, tidy your own space and keep communal areas tidy, tidy kitchen and bathroom after use - works better for all of us. We both work a lot so are out regularly. We go to the gym, sometimes we go to the local pub for a quiz on a Thursday too.
