About the room

Hey everyone, I’m Luke, 31 from Dublin living with my friend. There is a double room available in the house. The bathroom is shared with 1 person. The room is fully furnished and the house has been recently refurbished (triple glazed windows, insulation etc) and is rated BER B3. It’s 130m² and has 2 sitting rooms so everyone has their own space. We’re both very sociable and work outside of the house Monday - Friday. It’s a great location - 20 minute walk to Portobello bridge, 20 minutes on the bus to Dame street. There’s a lidl, dunnes and a SuperValu close by

About the roomies

Looking for someone easy going, clean and sociable. It’s probably not suitable from someone who works from home. There were 2 girls here before so we’re happy with male or female roomies ✌️
