Hi there! Looking for a new roommate for this lovely bright, spacious room with own separate bathroom. The Alliance, Gasworks is centrally located and a short walk from Sandymount beach with great transport options. Rent is €1215.50 not including bills. Move in date 1st August. Management will require previous references to process the application.

You’ll be sharing with a friendly female in her 30s who works from the office 5 days a week. There’s no room for a desk so this person will need to be office based. The space is very clean and quiet and looking for someone who is friendly, considerate and wants to make it a homely, welcoming space :)
