It’s not a massive place, but it’s just the right size for two people to live comfortably. Great atmosphere, great location, and ideal for someone who values a tidy and respectful living space.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with just me – no other roommates. I’m a pretty chill, nerdy guy who’s into video games, movies, and all things geeky. Most evenings, you’ll find me gaming or watching shows, so if you’re into similar things, we’ll definitely get along well.

I work full-time as a robotic laser welder and programmer at Dairymaster, so I keep a steady routine. I hit the gym about four times a week – trying to stay healthy and balanced – and I meal prep twice a week, so the kitchen is free most of the time.

I’m clean and respectful, and I always tidy up after myself – no mess left behind. I’d really appreciate someone with a similar mindset when it comes to shared spaces.

One thing to note: I’m not into house parties. A small hangout now and then is totally cool, but I prefer a peaceful home environment overall.
