Numerous restaurants and shops nearby. 20/25 minutes by bus to the city centre, bus stop across the street, with a service approx. every 10 minutes (24-hour route). Library 2 minutes walk. Very safe and sought after neighbourhood.

Small single room in a two-bed house. Owner occupied, sharing with one person (male professional, 41, calm, friendly and welcoming to all nationalities etc.). Very clean, quiet and calm environment. House was recently renovated (warm, well insulated, triple glazed windows) with gas central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi, instant hot water, small garden, shared bathroom.
