Comfortable Single Room Available in Drumcondra – Seeking Friendly Housemate We have a small but comfortable room (very affordable price) available in our house close to Drumcondra dart stop, close to shops, cafés, and public transport. The room is available from the 1st of June.

You’d be sharing with two Italians (one guy, one girl, late 20s / early 30s), both working professionals. We enjoy a relaxed atmosphere at home and like to chat over dinner now and then. The room is next to the kitchen/living room, keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper, and it comes with a single bed and a window that gets good light. We’re looking for someone sociable, easy-going, and happy to share a friendly space. Ideally a professional in a similar age range. No couples, no pets, sorry!
