It’s close by to a Centra, Tesco, gym/swimming pool, several bus routes, post office, and IADT, as well as in walking distance to Dun Laoghaire centre and ocean. Kitchen fully equipped and also with several small appliances to make cooking easier/faster. Bedroom is decently sized and also comes with a small desk, lamp, and built in wardrobe/storage.
About the roomies
I’m a 23 year old work from home freelance artist so most of my time is spent in my room working on art/music or gaming. I sing and voice act as a hobby so I can’t guarantee quiet all the time, but I don’t mind potential roommates being loud either. I am fairly introverted and also queer/nonbinary and neurodivergent, so I do ask for some patience in that regard.
