[AVAILABLE] Bedroom with private bathroom in 2-Bed, 2-Bath apartment available for long-term rent in Grand Canal from MAY (Negotiable)

Location: The Benson Building in Grand Canal, Dublin 2; Surge Coffee & Cocktail Bar (best in the area btw) right downstairs, 1-5 min walking distance from Spar and Fresh, 25min walk or 10min bike ride to city center.

Highlights: You will have a bedroom with a separate private bathroom for yourself in a large, stylish, 2-bed, 2-bath fully-furnished apartment with plenty of storage room, with a spacious balcony. The living room gets a ton of sunlight due to the massive floor to ceiling windows. The energy rating is A so we rarely had to use the heater.

Main property facilities: Washing Machine, Dryer, Dishwasher, TV, Central Heating, bike storage. There is a concierge in the building for any questions and parcel deliveries. It’s a decent environment with very kind and nice neighbours.

I am looking someone:

• Friendly, considerate, open to communication and respectful
• Ideally has a routine/daytime job
• Clean and tidy; proactively takes fair share of agreed responsibilities such as rent/bill payments, taking out trash, emptying the dishwasher, vacuuming etc.

Please note:

• Not looking for a couple
• I work remotely in the living room quite often and you are welcome to do the same but if one of us needs to use the space for something else during work hours, they’re always free to do so
• No excessive partying - this is relatively a calm household
• Pets aren’t allowed per contract (they’re welcome to visit, tho!)
• No smoking in the apartment or the balcony but you can go to the building’s open terrace which is right next door (access less than a min.) Vaping is OK.

You’d be living with myself, Eren. I’m a 31 year-old Greek & Georgian mix from Turkey, working at a tech company in Dublin. I’ve lived in 4 countries before moving to Ireland had very positive experiences with my housemates in each place. Outside work I’m an artist, working on digital illustrations and write about Film/TV/Pop Culture - into nature activities like hiking, swimming, road-trips… I’m a pretty calm and friendly person who enjoys his personal time & space and a responsible flatmate who priorities open communication and mutual respect. My housemate, whom I lived with for 2 years, is moving in with her boyfriend and I really like my apartment; so, I’m looking for a new person to share this beautiful space.
