About the room
Large, sunny bedroom in newly renovated 3-bedroom, 1- bathroom house in small housing estate in Enniskerry Village.
Bedroom has large sliding wardrobe and TV, double bed and room for WFM desk if required.
I work full time from home in the 3rd bedroom (now an office).
Note a dog visits regularly so the house is not suitable for a person who doesn’t like dogs.
The house has a nice back garden, and the best part about it is that it is 200 metres from the village square with lovely restaurants, cafes and shops; and only 0.5km to the gates of Powerscourt Estate. Enniskerry is a beautiful village with loads of great walking trails in the area.
Parking is on street or in public carpark in the village. Dublin Bus to Bray (L15) and Dublin City Centre (44).
About the roomies
Sharing with one person, professional woman in 40s from the area who owns the house. I work some days from home in the third bedroom which has been turned into an office.
