Pamela Davis's room

I have 2 large double rooms for rent with desk,wardrobe, chest of drawers in each room. No sitting room available & no tumble dryer. Bills included on condition care is taken to fair usage, otherwise to be updated. Quiet road with bus stops to city centre & DCU very close by. I’m spoilt for choice with shopping centres within walking distance & Fairview Park not too far away. City centre 25 mins on bus (traffic allowing) & DCU 20 cycle time. Cinema & Plex 10 minutes walk & buses to Malahide Castle & beach 10 mins away. Bus route to dart station is 2 mins from my house. It’s a very central area with good amenities.

I live alone with family living in same area. I’ve been taking lodgers, students etc for over 10 years. My family drop in regularly & grandchildren sometimes sleep over. I’m a private person who enjoys my own space, going on holiday now & again & I like the outdoors. I keep a clean home & expect that roomies are able & willing to keep it that way!
