We own and manage 60 beds in Dublin City.
This property is one of 4 student accommodations we run in Dublin city. This property is currently being renovated as a 14 room student accommodation. 7 twins rooms with en suite bathroom and 1 private room with ensuite. This building will be launching our first 15 beds on March 1st 2025 and the remaining 12 beds will be launching on may 1st 2025. This new building will have free WiFi, free bins, free electric, free gas, Dedicated common area kitchen and also a dedicated common area sitting room with 80 inch tv. Each twin room has 2 single beds at 945e per bed per month.
