It is 20 minutes walk to Limerick town centre and near all the major bus routes. Very quiet house-owner occupied. The accomodation is located in an extension and away from the other bedrooms. There is also access to a large private back garden. Also can use the other rooms in the house such as the dinning and living room. Large kitchen which is shared.

Living with a couple in a four bedroom house. One of whom is only in the house three to four nights a week. There will be nights when the roomate will have the house to themselves.
