The apartment is strategically located with easy accessibility to N3, M50 and Lucan.

Dublin Bus route 270 and 70 to Blanchardstown and City Center. Clonsilla train station is 5mins drive away. Lots of local services and facilities.

The rent of €1300/month is exclusive of the utilities bills.

Rent is payable on the first day of every month. There is a refundable security deposit of €1300.
