Lovely, spacious and modern two-bedroom apartment located on Cork Street in Dublin 8, within easy reach of the city centre, with excellent public transport links and plenty of shops, cafés and amenities nearby.

The available bedroom is a generously sized double room (approximately 4.5m x 2.7m), recently redecorated and fitted with new flooring, a comfortable bed and mattress, large built-in wardrobes, blackout blinds and a balcony door providing plenty of natural light.

The apartment is fully furnished, well maintained and has a comfortable shared living area, fully equipped kitchen, shared bathroom and high-speed 1Gb fibre broadband.

We’re looking for someone who will appreciate a comfortable, relaxed and well-looked-after home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

Ideally available during November, with a move-in date no later than the end of the month.

You’ll be sharing with myself, my partner Jasmine, and our friendly indoor cat, Wizzler!

We’re a couple both working in creative industries, particularly events, production and design. We’re easygoing, sociable and enjoy good music, films, cooking and the occasional night out, but equally appreciate having a peaceful and comfortable home to come back to.

We’re both busy with work and enjoy our own space, but we’re always happy to have a chat or share a coffee.

We’re looking for a friendly, considerate and tidy individual who is independent, respectful of shared spaces and happy living with a couple and a cat.

We’d love to find someone who feels comfortable making the apartment their home, with a nice balance between being sociable and respecting everyone’s privacy.
