The house has high ceilings, a fully kitted-out kitchen, a lovely private garden and all mod cons, including a tumble dryer. Max 3 tenants, so it stays calm and easy to live with. It’s a friendly, settled home, and the current housemate (early 20s Spanish Female) would be happy to meet any prospective tenant before a final decision is made.
