Bright double room available for the month of January in a lovely, spacious house in Dublin 14, close to Dundrum Town Centre. The room is suitable for 1 or 2 people (friends or couples welcome).
The house has a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a very large garden. It comes with everything you need: dishwasher, washing machine, central heating and more.
The area is very quiet and residential, but very well connected. The Windy Arbour Luas stop is a 15-minute walk away, and the bus stop is just 5 minutes from the house, with direct buses to the city centre in 15–20 minutes. Dundrum Town Centre is nearby for shopping, restaurants and cinemas.
There may also be the possibility of staying on long-term, depending on how things go with the house.
