About the room

Double room for single occupancy in comfortable, quiet family home, located in sought after location off the Marlton Road, a short walk to Wicklow town, public transport, shops, cafes etc. and amenities. Private bathroom next to room, mainly for your own use. House has all mod cons, and lovely back garden views from your room.

Rate includes bills with exception of heat and electricity.

Would suit quiet, independent person in full time employment. Possibility for remote working arrangement 1 day per week.

Minimum 3 month rental, maximum 6 months with possibility of extension to end of academic year.
