The room is furnished and can be set up with either a single or double bed. It includes bedding, towels, a large wardrobe and under-bed storage, with additional space for a small desk or other furniture.

The apartment has one shared bathroom, a fully equipped shared kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and Ninja multicooker, a large fridge, and dedicated kitchen storage for your food and belongings. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, a shared living room with TV, and a small terrace.

📍 Around a 10-minute walk to Fonthill/Clondalkin train station, with trains taking approximately 15 minutes to Heuston Station. Bus routes are also within walking distance.

💰 Rent is €800 per month, plus approximately €100 per month for bills.

📅 Available for a minimum of 1 month and up to a year. The arrangement is initially temporary (1-2 moths), with the possibility of extending depending if it’s a good fit for everyone.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with me, my partner (who stays mainly at weekends), and our friendly doggie 🐶. I work from home most of the week, so I’m looking for someone who is considerate of shared spaces and comfortable living in a home where someone is often around during the day.

I’m hoping to find a responsible, tidy and respectful person who appreciates a calm, welcoming home. Keeping the shared areas clean is important, and we’d share the cleaning responsibilities fairly.

Being dog-friendly is essential 🐾. I’m open to have other doggie as long as my dog and the doggie get along. I’m looking for someone easygoing who communicates openly and treats the apartment with care and respect.
