About the room

It is a 3 bedroom house with one of the bedrooms for rent. The bedroom for rent is a box room but it os quite spacious for a box room. It has a wardrobe and a bed and a TV. There is a shared bathroom and you will have full access to the sitting room and kitchen, which is shared with the other tenants. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe, there are rarely ever any incidents, if any at all.

About the roomies

There is an elderly African couple living in the property as well, they are very quiet and peaceful and mond their own business. They spend the majority of their time either at work, or else when at home, they are in their own bedrooms and sometimes in the kitchen. They are friendly and welcoming.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
