The house is a granny flat which is recently built within the last few years. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom and open style kitchen and living room. It has air to water heat pump allowing instant hot water, it is fully insulated and their is electrical heating in every room. Your room would have two single beds (which can be pushed together to make a double), a desk and chair and plenty of wardrobe space.

The property has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, gas hobs, washing machine, dryer and a fully stocked kitchen with cutlery.

The house is an 8 minute walk to Tramore beach and is located near enough to town to walk although a car is probably recommended.

I am the only one you’ll be sharing the house with. The land lady is super nice and lives in the house next-door and we share a driveway. I’m currently working in a secondary school in Tramore as a Maths teacher and work Monday to Friday till around 4. My hobbies include Tennis, Badminton and table tennis and I like movies, video games and music. I’m very tidy and keep the place in good condition. I’m originally from Kerry and I am new to the area so I’m trying to get out a lot and get the lay of the land and meet new people.
