Stoneybatter. Bright, comfortable double room available full-time in Stoneybatter.

The room is southwest-facing, so it gets lovely light, and has a double bed, desk and plenty of storage. You’d be sharing the kitchen and communal living space with me.

The house is in a great location, right beside the Stoneybatter entrance to TU Dublin Grangegorman, with all the cafés, pubs and shops around Stoneybatter and Smithfield nearby, and it’s an easy walk into the city centre.

I’m looking for one person rather than a couple, ideally someone friendly, considerate and easy to live with. It’s a queer household, so obviously very queer-friendly, and I’d love to find someone who feels like a good fit rather than just filling the room.

Rent is €1,250 per month plus bills.

I’m a photographer and creative director. I’m pretty independent and have my own work and social life, but I like having a friendly, relaxed atmosphere at home too. I’m sociable, but home is generally quite calm rather than a party house. I’m clean and considerate without being obsessive about it, and I’d ideally like to live with someone similar.
