About the room

Room available in a lovely old townhouse on Fitzwilliam Street Upper 🏡 I’m looking for a student to share the apartment with. It has loads of character and charm and is in such a great location, right in the centre of Dublin. It’s only a short walk from Grafton Street, St Stephen’s Green, Trinity and loads of cafés, restaurants, shops and bars. There are also great transport links nearby, so it’s really handy for getting around. Looking for someone friendly, clean and easy-going who would be nice to live with 😊

About the roomies

I’m 19 and starting college in Dublin this year. I’ve had the apartment for a while now and I’m looking for someone to move in and share it with. I’m really easy-going and would love to have someone who’s up for a good laugh, going out, having friends over and just making the most of living in Dublin. I’m clean and respectful but definitely want it to be a fun and social place to live 😊
