Owner occupied professional lady looking to rent a room. As this is my home, I’m looking for someone who will respect the space and be considerate in the shared areas. I’d like it to remain a relaxed, clean and friendly place to live, where we can both enjoy our own space.
I’m ideally looking for a professional female who works outside the home. Unfortunately, the room isn’t suitable for someone who works from home.
