You will be sharing the apartment with only one other tenant – a friendly and clean guy in his 20s who works full-time. The atmosphere in the flat is quiet, respectful, and relaxed. It is a peaceful home, not a party house.

What we are looking for: We are looking for a clean, responsible, and tidy person (ideally someone 20s/early 30s)

who is working full-time, and fits well into a shared, respectful living environment. Non-smokers only.

Requirements: Move-in is available immediately. Due to agency requirements, valid landlord references and proof of income/employment will be strictly required to finalize the lease transfer.
