About the room

2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house located in a nice quiet estate 10 minutes walk from Gorey main street.

Room is relatively spacious, plenty of room for a double bed, with closet/ storage built into the end wall.

Downstairs is a kitchen and spacious sitting room with a private back garden.

Plenty of parking spaces in the estate.

About the roomies

The house will be shared with one other person. Iā€™m 28, work from home 4 days a week, and am easygoing and respectful, hobbies are gaming, cars and motorbikes.

Iā€™m not a stickler for keeping everything spotless, but I like the house to be kept generally tidy and would expect the same from a housemate.

Open to anyone getting in touch, although Iā€™d preferably be looking for another guy.
