Quiet rural home near Avoca/Arklow. I’m a working professional and currently considering taking in one housemate, subject to agreement with my landlord. The house is in a rural location, so having your own transport would be strongly recommended. I have dogs who live in the house, so I’m particularly interested in someone who genuinely enjoys living with dogs and is comfortable around multiple dogs. Previous experience owning or living with dogs would be a big plus. I’m generally looking for someone quiet, tidy and independent who would enjoy a relaxed rural home rather than a busy house-share. At this stage I’m mainly exploring whether I can find the right fit, so there is no immediate commitment to let the room.
