Two Bedroom Apartment on the ground floor within a shared house. Private kitchen/living room facilities. Shared with only one other occupant downstairs. There are four other tenants living upstairs in the house however they don’t get any access to the ground floor. The main front door is the only thing that is shared. Room is private. Small double bed. Equipped with wardrobe and drawers. Phibsboro is a great location. Luas (Cabra) stop is a short stroll away. Loads of great bars and restaurants nearby.
