Hi my name is Erin I am 23 and I am looking for a female house mate only, I work full time in early years education, I love to go to the gym, spend time with friends and family. I’m a very easy going, bubbly and out going girl. I appreciate a calm, friendly and clean environment to recharge after work. Prime location as it is in walking distance to shops and shopping centre’s, all major bus routes, close to airport, bars etc. Beautifully decorated home, two bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons, large open plan sitting/dinning/kitchen, utility room with washer and dryer. Bedroom is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and fully furnished, including small tv.
