We have a furnished double room available in our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Cabra, Dublin 7, available from 1st September.

The apartment is in a great location with easy access to Dublin City Centre and excellent public transport links. The room is a good size and comes furnished, with access to the shared kitchen, living area and bathrooms.

The rent also includes access to the on-site gym, which is a great bonus and means there’s no separate gym membership to pay for.

The apartment is a comfortable and relaxed home, and we’re looking for someone who wants somewhere they can genuinely feel at home rather than just a place to sleep.

€1,000 per month + bills.

We’re two friends, aged 29 and 25, looking for a third person to join our home. We’re both easy-going, friendly and sociable, and enjoy having a chat, grabbing a drink or doing something together, while also respecting each other’s privacy and downtime.

We’re LGBTQ+ friendly and looking for someone who is open-minded, respectful, tidy and considerate of shared spaces. We’re not looking for a house where everyone keeps completely to themselves, but there’s also no pressure to socialise — we’re happy for everyone to have their own routine and life.

Ideally, we’d like someone around a similar age who is working or studying, reliable with rent and bills, and looking for a comfortable home for the longer term. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is friendly and easy to live with 😊
