The room is in a modern and spacious apartment in **Hamilton Gardens, Dublin 7, a popular residential development with a relaxed community feel and excellent facilities. The development has great on-site amenities, including a residents’ gym, cinema room, co-working spaces and landscaped communal areas, with Aldi right on your doorstep and reception area with parcel room

The location is particularly convenient for getting around Dublin. Cabra Luas stop is nearby, giving easy access to the Green Line and directly into the city centre, including Phibsborough, Grangegorman, O’Connell Street, Trinity and St Stephen’s Green.

Broombridge transport hub is also close by, offering both the Luas Green Line and Irish Rail at the same location. From there you can connect to commuter and regional rail services towards Maynooth, Leixlip, M3 Parkway and beyond, as well as travel into Dublin city. Broombridge also provides easy connections towards Connolly Station, where you can connect with the DART and other rail services.

There are also several Dublin Bus routes nearby, making it easy to get around without a car.

With Hamilton Gardens’ own amenities, shops close by and excellent public transport connections, it’s a very convenient location for anyone working in Dublin or commuting further afield.

It’s a relaxed home where everyone can have their own space, but we’re also happy to share a chat, a meal or a cup of coffee now and then. Junior is an important part of the household, so being comfortable around dogs is a must! 🐶
