A single room in a 2 bedroom apartment in city centre, with a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The apartment is very conveniently located, with a 3 minute walk to the Stephens Green luas stop, or the shopping centre. Bills for internet and electricity are shared separately. I’m looking to renew a 12 month lease, so need someone who wants to rent for a year or more. The lease starts on the 6th of September, but the room can be made available earlier than that if needs be.

I’m a 27 year old male software engineer, and consider myself a quiet and respectful flatmate. I don’t drink or smoke, and do my fair share of the cleaning / upkeep. My hobbies include board games, movies, video games, plastic modelling, hiking, photography, and cooking. I’m looking for someone similarly clean and considerate, preferably with some shared interests. Must be LGBTQ friendly.
