Small house in Limerick city centre. In a neighbourhood with a lot of long term residents who are very friendly and look out for each other. Close walking distance to amenities, park, bus stops, train, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The room is small but we are offering the main bedroom as we will not be at the property continuously. The house is nicely finished. Combi gas boiler. Gas stove. Small garden. Stove. Majority of bills are included. We are looking for someone who will treat the space as their own and care for it. Open to most situations. Unfortunately no cats allowed as our dog is allergic and he will be there from time to time.

About the roomies

We, Katie and Dalton and our dog Cj will be there from time to time mainly for early morning meetings in town or working late but you would have the house mostly to yourself. We are working professionals, kind, clean and conscientious.
