We offer two flexible rental options depending on your needs.
Rental Options:
Option 1 – Private Upstairs Suite (€1,160 per month)
Enjoy exclusive use of the entire upstairs accommodation, including:
• Large fully furnished king-size bedroom
• Second double bedroom which can be used as a home office, TV room, living room, or dressing room.
• Private use of the upstairs bathroom
Rent: €1,160 per month, including all bills (Electricity, Heating, High-Speed Wi-Fi, Virgin Media TV package and all household utilities).
Option 2 – Large King Size Bedroom (€900 per month)
• Large fully furnished king size bedroom
• Use of private upstairs bathroom
Rent: €900 per month, including all bills (Electricity, Heating, High-Speed Wi-Fi, Virgin Media TV package and all household utilities).
*Please note: If you choose Option 2, the second upstairs bedroom may occasionally be used for short-term guests or family visits. During those times, the upstairs bathroom would be shared.

Pets
We are pet friendly and have two friendly German Shepherds, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable around dogs. We are also very happy to consider tenants with pets.
Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are permitted, although we would ask that they are kept to a minimum indoors.
