The apartment was secured through the LDA Affordable Housing Scheme, and my original co-applicant has decided to move on, so I’m looking for someone to take their place, subject to approval under the scheme.

I am 27 years old female professional. I am easy going, respectful and enjoy and quiet life. I have a very friendly cat, so I’m looking for someone who enjoys living with cats. Unfortunately, the apartment isn’t suitable for any additional pets.

I’m hoping to find someone who is clean, considerate and easy to live with, and who is looking for a long-term home.
