The room is located in a 2 bedroom apartment in Ringsend, D4. It’s a great location, 20 minutes to the airport via the Dublin Express and a quick 30 minute walk into the city. It’s a residential street that is quiet on the weekends. The apartment has a large living room, garage, spare room that we use mostly for drying out clothes and the apartment also has a large bathroom with a tub. It’s a ground floor apartment, rubbish pick up is included in the rent.

You’ll be sharing the house with my girlfriend and me. We’re both full-time professionals in our 30s who enjoy keeping our home clean, tidy, and respectful.

During the week, we like to keep things fairly relaxed—we’ll often cook dinner together, watch a movie, read, or catch up with friends. We’re looking for a like-minded housemate who enjoys a calm, friendly home environment and values cleanliness and consideration for others.

We’re looking for someone to move in on July 27th.
